Salary: $22.40–$32.69 per hour

What you will do

• Conceptualize and produce online and offline marketing and sales collateral, including campaigns, direct mail, brochures, advertisements, product sheets, and presentations.
• Develop multimedia campaigns and extend client brands across print, digital, and other media formats.
• Collaborate with clients and project management teams to understand business needs and deliver effective visual solutions.
• Manage design limitations, client expectations, specifications, and brand guidelines throughout production.
• Perform quality assurance on personal work and the work of others.
• Interact with clients and work efficiently with equipment, supplies, and confidential materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant graphic design industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of layout principles, typography, aesthetic design, storyboarding, and visual concept development.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, organizational, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, diverse, and multifunctional environment.

Nice to have

• Web design experience.
• Experience in an agency or corporate environment.
