Team Lead Professional Services (SaaS)

Location: Ghent, Belgium; hybrid working, with occasional travel to the US.

What you will do

• Build, lead, and grow a Professional Services team of Business Analysts and Integration Delivery Managers.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate implementation work across hirify.global’s markets.
• Track project status, team capacity, workload balance, and delivery progress for stakeholders.
• Coach team members and support their development and increasing ownership.
• Establish processes and structure for a rapidly scaling, multi-market team.
• Support functional and technical questions involving APIs, system integrations, and data flows while aligning with engineering teams on reusable framework improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in people management, team leadership, or coaching.
• Strong organizational skills, self-leadership, prioritization, and time management.
• Experience in customer-facing consulting, software implementation, SaaS, or a technology scale-up.
• Technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows; coding is not required.
• Ability to coordinate distributed international teams across locations and time zones.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
