What you will do

• Support the adoption of shared data standards, frameworks and best practices across tribes and teams.
• Develop and maintain documentation, guidelines and playbooks for consistent and accessible data practices.
• Contribute to the Data Analyst community by raishirify.global standards and integrathirify.global new data practices.
• Translate data into actionable, business-relevant insights and present outcomes clearly.
• Collaborate with data specialists, marketers, analytics colleagues, product leads and business stakeholders to improve data processes and toolhirify.global.
• Share knowledge, seek feedback and continuously improve ways of workhirify.global.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Econometrics or a comparable quantitative field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in analytics within a large organization, digital markethirify.global or financial services.
• Proven experience with SQL and data analysis in digital markethirify.global environments.
• Experience with visualization and dashboardhirify.global tools such as Cognos or Power BI.
• Experience with data analysis on cloud-native solutions and markethirify.global or analytics platforms such as Braze, Optimizely, Tealium and Amplitude.
• Strong analytical skills, includhirify.global the ability to perform complex analyses with a practical, hands-on mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights.
• Comfort workhirify.global in an agile environment and continuously learnhirify.global new techniques.
• Fluency in English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAS and/or Python.
• Dutch language skills.
