Chief Information Security Officer (AI Security)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the global information security strategy, roadmap, objectives, KPIs, KRIs, and risk-acceptance processes.
• Lead product, application, cloud, corporate, identity, endpoint, SaaS, and data security across the organization.
• Build security operations covering monitoring, detection engineering, threat intelligence, incident response, investigation, containment, and recovery.
• Maintain security governance, risk management, compliance, third-party security, and control-monitoring programs.
• Establish technical security governance for AI products, agents, LLM integrations, and internal AI use.
• Build the security organization and embed security culture across Engineering, Product, IT, Legal, Privacy, and business teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of information security experience, including significant work in global software technology product companies.
• 5+ years in senior security leadership and 2+ years as a CISO, VP Security, or equivalent senior security leader.
• Experience leading security across product technology and corporate IT environments.
• Strong experience in product and application security, cloud security, modern security architecture, IAM, SSO, device trust, and Zero Trust.
• Experience building or operating Security Operations and Incident Response capabilities and protecting sensitive personal data.
• Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, enterprise customer security requirements, AI security, and LLM-based application risks.
