Senior UX Researcher (AI)

What you will do

• Plan, conduct, and communicate impact-focused UX research on user behavior, needs, problems, use cases, and workflows.
• Support the hirify.global Resolve product team by researching user outcomes, problems, needs, and mental models.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, UX Design, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Lifecycle Marketing.
• Improve research participant recruiting processes and channels.
• Maintain a research repository and build a deep understanding of users, products, and use cases.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for product innovation and disruption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience leading research in senior roles within lean, agile, delivery-driven environments.
• Experience creating research plans and selecting appropriate methodologies, including user interviews, JTBD, personas, usability testing, workshops, and stakeholder presentations.
• Strong qualitative research expertise and an understanding of quantitative research.
• Experience conducting research in B2B settings with administrators, vendors, and managed service providers.
• Strong problem-solving, innovation, self-management, and decision-making skills.
• Experience designing AI-assisted workflows that automate routine research steps while preserving researcher judgment.
