Senior Java Engineer

Location: Fully remote, with locations listed as Cairo, Ruse, and Sofia

What you will do

• Design and develop enterprise back-end solutions using Java, JPA, and SQL.
• Build and configure business processes and mediation flows in Business Automation Workflow.
• Automate build and deployment processes using Maven, Ant, Jython, Python, Service Deploy, and WS Admin.
• Manage configuration and support network and database integrations.
• Participate in proof-of-concept and discovery activities.
• Clarify technical requirements with the engineering team and client.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with Java at a senior level.
• Hands-on experience with JPA.
• Experience building and consuming REST and SOAP web services.
• Solid SQL knowledge.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.

Nice to have

• Business Automation Workflow or mediation flow development and configuration experience.
• WebSphere automation scripting, installation, and configuration experience, including Jython.
• Oracle Database experience.
• Maven and Gradle experience.
• AWS experience.
