Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Data Systems Specialist

What you will do

• Administer the global EHS data management platform, including user access, security roles, configuration, forms, workflows, translations, and site onboarding.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, queries, analytics, and data interfaces supporting global EHS programs.
• Provide first-line and advanced support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, training, and user guidance.
• Act as the liaison between internal users and software vendors, managing support tickets, enhancements, bug fixes, and change requests.
• Coordinate testing, validation, deployment, and communication of system updates.
• Maintain data quality, system effectiveness, and continuous improvement while independently prioritizing system administration work.

Requirements

• At least three years of hands-on experience administering, configuring, or implementing EHS data management systems.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, queries, workflows, and business rules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support users in a global environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cority data management software.
• Experience supporting multinational organizations and geographically dispersed users.
• Experience with data analytics, business intelligence tools, and reporting platforms.
