Wealth Platform Support Analyst - 12 Month FTC (Wealth Management)

Location: Glasgow, United Kingdom; office-based role with a hybrid working model where applicable.

What you will do

• Provide Level 2 technical support for core wealth management platforms and their users.
• Investigate and resolve application problems with business users, third-party suppliers, and internal development teams.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and changes, prioritising issues by impact and urgency.
• Support application configuration, releases, upgrades, testing, and release management.
• Maintain incident and request work notes while managing the technical support queue.

Requirements

• Experience in wealth management, investment banking, or a similar financial services environment.
• Understanding of portfolio management suites and trading platforms.
• Previous experience in application support or a similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Awareness of SQL, REST APIs, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritisation, multitasking, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Iress, Avaloq, or Fidessa.
