Associate Director, Genesis, Portfolio Operations (Fintech)

What you will do

• Oversee reconciliation and NAV review technology to deliver fully reconciled gross Net Asset Values.
• Review cash, positions, dividend, and interest reconciliations, including GAV reviews and staff work.
• Manage Associates, Senior Associates, and Junior Associate Directors, allocating tasks and maintaining sufficient team coverage.
• Monitor client SLAs, respond to client queries, and act as an escalation point for complex or sensitive issues.
• Oversee new client onboarding, lead projects, and manage operational change.
• Support recruitment and manage new-hire training.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education.
• At least 7 years of experience in investor services or asset management.
• At least 3 years of staff management experience.
• Strong understanding of investment fund valuation drivers, traded products, and fund-counterparty operations.
• Ability to manage client deliverables, maintain process knowledge, and ensure SLA adherence.
