Customer Success Consultant (Retail)

Location: Amstelveen, Netherlands; flexible hybrid working between home and office

Salary: €48,700–€50,520 gross per year, including holiday allowance and the 13th monthly payment.

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with Dutch retail clients and act as a strategic advisor.
• Analyze market, category, consumer, and shopper data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Deliver client presentations and business reviews to stakeholder groups.
• Identify opportunities to increase client value and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with analytics, commercial, and operational teams while helping clients use NIQ solutions.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in customer success, consulting, category management, insights, analytics, or account management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Curiosity about consumer behavior and retail trends, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
• Commercial awareness and confidence building relationships with stakeholders.
