Polish Content Manager (iGaming)

Location: Fully remote; Poland or Paris

What you will do

• Plan and manage content production according to editorial calendars, SEO priorities, audience expectations, and business objectives.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis, then create detailed content briefs with target keywords, structure, and tone of voice.
• Oversee content production from ideation through publication while coordinating Content Writers and maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
• Update and optimize existing content, including internal linking, metadata, formatting, and user experience improvements.
• Monitor content performance with analytics tools and work with SEO specialists to adjust content strategies.
• Review drafts and collaborate with Writers, Editors, Designers, Product teams, and business stakeholders on quality, localization, and editorial workflows.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in digital content management, editorial roles, or SEO content strategy.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content performance metrics.
• Excellent writing, editing, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Fluent English and Polish proficiency required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to editorial quality and factual accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with sports, betting, or iGaming industries.
• Knowledge of Eastern European languages, especially Bulgarian or Czech.
