Team Lead of Content Department (Trader)

Location: Bishkek; fully remote with a flexible schedule

PRpillar is an online reputation management agency helping FinTech brands since 2014, with a remote team of more than 40 professionals across 11 countries.

What you will do

• Manage the daily work of a nine-person content team, including priorities, quality checks, deadlines, and delivery KPIs.
• Build and develop the team, provide regular one-on-one and group feedback, and support the planned growth into sub-groups.
• Set and improve content standards and processes across articles, client blogs, Reddit strategies, and AI-generated YouTube videos.
• Review and approve content, while writing or editing a limited amount yourself.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, cross-team projects, and the development of new content services.
• Work with the Product Delivery Director on strategy, priorities, and department development.

Requirements

• Active trader in Forex, crypto, or stocks who currently trades a personal account and follows the markets daily.
• Experience in copywriting or content production, including reviews, articles, Reddit comments, or video scripts.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including search intent, keyword research, on-page optimization, and SERP management.
• Experience leading a team of specialists and developing team members.
• Comfortable using AI tools while maintaining original and unique content.
• Advanced English at C1+ level and advanced or native Russian are required.

Nice to have

• Copywriting or SEO experience in trading or FinTech.
• Knowledge of YMYL, E-E-A-T, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, YouTube ranking, review platforms, or Reddit.
• Experience contributing to company-level strategy and designing new services.
