Digital Workplace and Security Communications Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and deliver colleague communications supporting digital workplace, security, technology tooling and AI enablement priorities.
• Translate complex technical topics into clear, practical and engaging communications for broad and varied audiences.
• Support communication priorities for the CISO, SVP Technology Infrastructure and Operations, SVP Digital Business Solutions, and Director of Technology & Product Communications.
• Create and coordinate communication plans, campaigns and content calendars aligned with agreed priorities and governance.
• Support technology changes, platform transitions, tooling updates and digital workplace programmes while encouraging adoption of new tools, behaviours and ways of working.
• Partner with Technology, Security, End User Computing, AI Enablement, TechDesk, Tooling and Communications teams to deliver timely, coordinated and accessible communications across channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Business or a related field, or 5 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in internal, employee, change or corporate communications, including developing and delivering colleague campaigns for broad and varied audiences.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn complex or technical information into clear and practical communications.
• Experience supporting technology change, platform transitions, tooling updates, digital workplace initiatives or similar programmes.
• Understanding of how communications support adoption of new tools, behaviours and ways of working.
• Strong planning and coordination skills, including managing content calendars, communications plans and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing or contributing to SharePoint, intranets, Viva Engage, Slack, email updates or knowledge hubs.
• Good judgment, attention to detail and the ability to manage timely or sensitive communications.
• Confidence using digital and AI tools to support day-to-day work.
