Senior Manager, Global Procurement - Women Knits & Woven Tops

Location: United States

Base salary: $147,000–$175,000 USD annually. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Define and execute procurement category strategies, commercial roadmaps, vendor distribution plans, and short- and long-term targets for women’s knits and woven tops.
• Own end-to-end RFP processes, including vendor identification, competitive bidding, negotiations, commercial terms, and supplier awards.
• Build and apply component-level clean sheets, approve buy plans, and establish scale-based costing and renegotiation schedules.
• Partner with material managers, sourcing teams, merchandising, production, technology teams, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers to improve cost, quality, availability, and margins.
• Identify value creation opportunities through upstream sourcing, verticalization, volume consolidation, and commodity strategies.
• Develop an AI agent and scenario-analysis capabilities to systematize RFP execution in 2026.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management within retail apparel.
• Proven experience running competitive RFPs with international manufacturing partners.
• Hands-on experience building and using clean sheets for cost negotiation.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and commercial skills, with comfort making data-driven decisions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; experience with AI-powered platforms such as LLMs is required for scenario analysis and procurement automation.

• Experience in apparel, soft goods, or home goods.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
