Fullstack Data Scientist (GenAI)

What you will do

• Lead discovery and solution design for Generative AI use cases, translating business problems into architectures involving LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, agents, and guardrails.
• Build end-to-end GenAI applications covering data ingestion, retrieval, orchestration, APIs, backends, and simple user interfaces.
• Design RAG pipelines with vector databases, hybrid search, rerankers, query transformation, and evaluation frameworks.
• Select, prompt, fine-tune, evaluate, and A/B test text, code, and multimodal models.
• Implement safety, compliance, governance, PII handling, audit logs, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Collaborate on scalable enterprise architectures, estimate work, mentor engineers, and contribute reusable libraries, templates, and proof-of-concepts.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Data Science or AI engineering.
• 4+ years of production Python AI development and 2+ years of production LLM development, preferably with RAG.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, chatbots, AI agents, RAG mechanisms, evaluators, validators, and guardrails.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks, plus MCP servers or clients.
• Strong Python skills, including production code, packaging, testing, and data or ML services; familiarity with CI/CD and containerized deployments.
• Excellent English communication skills and familiarity with Azure, GCP, or AWS AI services.

Nice to have

• Experience designing ML algorithms and data processing pipelines with Python.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Spark, Databricks, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, or spec-driven AI workflows.
