What you will do

• Deliver evidence-based menopause and perimenopause care through video and asynchronous consultations.
• Assess patients and create individualised treatment plans, including HRT, supplements, and new treatment products.
• Provide long-term continuity of care and support symptom management.
• Collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team to maintain safe, high-quality clinical outcomes.
• Participate in clinical MDTs, case reviews, and ongoing clinical governance.
• On the optional manager track, lead, train, mentor, and manage the performance of a squad of 5–6 doctors.

Requirements

• Qualified medical practitioner with full, unrestricted GMC registration.
• Essential specialised menopause qualifications, such as BMS certification or accreditation.
• Proven experience in dedicated menopause care, including complex HRT and testosterone prescribing.
• Strong communication, empathy, patient-centred care, and collaboration skills.
• Confidence providing care through digital consultations and working with data-informed clinical models.
• Commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and evidence-based medicine.

Nice to have

• Interest or experience in neurodivergence, breast cancer, histamine intolerance, sexology, or lifestyle medicine.
