Multimedia & Creative Specialist (Construction)

Location: Thornton, Colorado; onsite at a company-designated office or field location. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States. Ability to travel up to 40% is required.

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year, paid weekly.

What you will do

• Develop visual, written, animated, and interactive content for marketing, business development, recruitment, training, internal communications, and digital initiatives.
• Create graphics, layouts, logos, illustrations, infographics, presentations, print collateral, digital assets, advertisements, banners, and booth displays.
• Plan, capture, edit, and produce photography, videography, motion graphics, animation, drone footage, testimonials, and promotional videos.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into effective creative concepts and deliverables.
• Manage digital creative assets in DAM, SharePoint, and other repositories while ensuring accessibility, consistency, licensing, and governance.
• Review creative work, maintain brand standards, manage concurrent projects, and recommend improvements to multimedia processes and deliverables.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia production, videography, photography, video editing, and digital content creation.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative excellence, technical proficiency, and a diverse range of multimedia and graphic design work.
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Advanced knowledge of multimedia production equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, audio equipment, drones, stabilization systems, and video production hardware.
• Strong visual communication, design, project management, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Construction, architecture, engineering, or construction industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, media, or a related field.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
• Experience with AI tools for video editing, graphic design, and content creation.
