What you will do
- Design, implement, test, and deploy sprint-level user stories and product features.
- Build and maintain Java-based service applications, REST API endpoints, integrations, and content configurations.
- Write maintainable code and automated unit, integration, and functional tests.
- Improve CI/CD, release automation, monitoring, logging, and operational reliability.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, agile ceremonies, on-call rotations, and production support.
- Share knowledge and mentor junior engineers, interns, and new team members.
Requirements
- Core Java experience and experience building N-tier or service-based applications with Java technologies such as Spring or Spring Boot.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, or Mockito.
- At least 2 years of experience in enterprise software development, including databases, software architecture, system integration, REST or web services, or service-layer development.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, TeamCity, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across locations and time zones.
- Ability to apply AI and data-driven insights to improve productivity and engineering outcomes.
Nice to have
- Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Knowledge of distributed systems concepts such as scalability, reliability, and monitoring.
