Global Monitoring Application Development Intern (AI)

What you will do

• Develop global IT monitoring application solutions and operational support tools.
• Analyze monitoring requirements and implement monitoring applications.
• Conduct monitoring reliability and performance testing.
• Develop operational metrics, reporting dashboards, and monitoring dashboard enhancements.
• Support monitoring operations, resolve monitoring-related issues, and maintain monitoring tools.
• Deploy global monitoring standards, policies, procedures, and documentation.

Requirements

• Experience with monitoring application development, including Zabbix or HPOV.
• Skills in Linux/Unix operating systems and scripting or programming with Java, PHP, Python, Ruby, and Shell Scripts.
• Knowledge of monitoring systems, infrastructure technologies, and database platforms such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and communicate concisely and professionally.
• Strong motivation, organizational skills, creativity, analytical ability, and willingness to drive change.
