Customer Service Representative (English) (Fintech)

Location: 100% remote from any place; 2/2 shifts from 4am to 4pm GMT

What you will do

• Respond to customer queries through email, live chat, and phone.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate cases when needed.
• Follow up with customers, troubleshoot issues, and confirm resolution.
• Document recurring problems and contribute to process improvements.
• Create FAQ articles, user manuals, tutorials, and other customer information materials.
• Advise current and prospective clients on additional products and services while improving the customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience in fintech, particularly forex or crypto.
• At least 1 year of online customer support experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate stressful situations.
• Experience with customer service software, tools, and databases.
