What you will do

• Interpret insurance contracts, determine policy coverage, and establish claim reserves.
• Complete required forms and process claim payments within the prescribed authority level.
• Negotiate with insured parties, claimants, and other insurers to settle claims.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external customers and act as a point of referral.
• Complete additional assignments from managers and follow compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in insurance or a health-related field.
• At least one year of experience in the insurance industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, open-minded, and self-confident.
