Structured Products Document Automation Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Create, maintain, and update structured products documentation templates for AI-enabled automation.
• Work with Termsheets, Pricing Supplements, Final Terms, Issuer Specific Summaries, Key Information Documents, and related documentation.
• Review automated document output against approved templates and trade details, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
• Manage a documentation pipeline, meet deadlines, and communicate status, risks, and progress.
• Collaborate with business, legal, and operations stakeholders on accurate documentation delivery.
• Test and refine AI-enabled automation workflows and contribute process improvement ideas.

Requirements

• Practical experience with structured products issuance, product structures, payoffs, and documentation requirements.
• Experience drafting or reviewing structured products documentation.
• Hands-on experience with document automation, workflow tools, or template-based document generation.
• Practical experience using AI tools for documentation, including prompt quality, validation, accuracy, and human review.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, prioritisation, and communication skills.
• Unrestricted right to live and work in Hong Kong without employer sponsorship is required.
