Lean Facilitator (Lean/Six Sigma)

Location: Wujiang, Jiangsu, China. This position requires working onsite in the office five days a week.

What you will do

• Support, teach, and lead projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and project management methodologies.
• Apply Six Sigma methods and analytics to organizational operations and business goals.
• Support the design and development of Six Sigma strategies, goals, systems, and tools.
• Assist with implementing Six Sigma project portfolios and measurable process improvements.
• Participate in planning, developing, and implementing projects that meet quality and performance standards.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of project administration, including project phases, activities, tasks, deliverables, resources, and dependencies.
• Basic understanding of analytical thinking, root-cause analysis, problem solving, and business analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of process improvement and continuous improvement practices.
• Basic understanding of Six Sigma methodology, tools, processes, and applications.
• Ability to build constructive interpersonal relationships and influence decisions through documented suggestions and ideas.
• Availability to work onsite in Wujiang five days per week is required.
