What you will do

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities and maintain accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reports, and supporting documentation.
• Analyze account balances, financial data, and business trends to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve financial processes.
• Lead or support accounting projects, process improvements, system enhancements, audits, and compliance activities.
• Build financial, operational, and business knowledge through increasingly complex assignments and stakeholder exposure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least two years of accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or related experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Willingness to relocate domestically and internationally and pursue future career development opportunities.
