HR Projects Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Full-time onsite in Cape Canaveral, Florida; remote work will not be considered. Travel up to 10% may be required, with occasional extended hours or weekend work.

What you will do

• Lead the design and execution of HR projects across functions, geographies, and teams.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to improve HR tools, processes, and programs.
• Manage projects from scoping and planning through implementation, including milestones, timelines, and communications.
• Define success metrics, monitor progress, and use people data and HR trends to inform recommendations.
• Develop scalable and consistent HR solutions aligned with business priorities and compliance expectations.
• Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, realignments, and transformation work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years of experience in HR or program management.
• At least 6 years of experience managing or leading cross-functional projects involving HR systems, processes, or policy implementation.
• Experience with HRIS systems and people data, such as Workday, Tableau, or Excel.
• Strong collaboration, influencing, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Must be able to pass an Air Force background check for Cape Canaveral.
• Must meet U.S. ITAR eligibility requirements, including U.S. citizenship or nationality, lawful permanent residence, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility to obtain the required authorizations.

Nice to have

• Experience improving HR programs or processes that supported business growth or transformation.
• Project management training or certification, such as PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, SQL, or Power Automate.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment.
