hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Advise clients on international business challenges, including entering international markets and optimizing cross-border structures.
• Support efficient cross-border transactions and research international tax issues.
• Develop solutions involving foreign tax credit planning, mergers and acquisitions, repatriation of earnings, treaty analysis, and export sales incentives.
• Prepare and review the U.S. international components of complex individual and corporate tax returns.
• Manage engagements, maintain knowledge of foreign and U.S. tax laws, and drive operational excellence.
• Mentor Associate and Senior International Tax Services professionals and serve as a point of escalation.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification required; EA or JD may be accepted instead of CPA certification.
• Deep technical knowledge of international tax, foreign tax law, and U.S. tax law.
• Ability to work from Minneapolis or another hirify.global office location in the United States.
