What you will do

• Lead physical implementation and top-level layout for complex mixed-signal and power management integrated circuits.
• Define floorplanning strategies from concept through tape-out and support critical technical decisions.
• Anticipate technical risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with layout methodologies, quality standards, and tape-out requirements.
• Drive layout productivity, automation, tool, reuse, and standardization improvements across projects and technologies.
• Collaborate with Design, Verification, Package, Test, Product Engineering, Reliability, and Technology teams.
• Mentor and technically guide layout engineers across the organization.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or Microelectronics.
• Extensive experience in analog IC layout development and leading complex top-level layout activities.
• Expert knowledge of Cadence Virtuoso, Calibre, and physical verification flows.
• Strong expertise in mixed-signal, BCD, and high-voltage technologies, including layout quality, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with automotive semiconductor products and multi-technology development.
• Experience with layout automation and scripting using SKILL, Python, or TCL.
• Experience driving methodology improvements across organizations and working in international R&D environments.
