Senior / Lead Salesforce Technical Developer (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure fullstack applications.
• Onboard customers by integrating external data sources with internal platforms.
• Build and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Agentforce, configuration, security, flows, and integrations.
• Develop custom REST API integrations and work with enterprise systems, databases, and integration platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, business users, and engineering teams to define and deliver solutions.
• Lead code reviews, resolve complex technical issues, contribute to architecture, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of software development experience, including at least 4 years in a fullstack role.
• Strong Salesforce configuration and security skills, including permission sets, external credentials, field-level security, application management, and flows.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, Bearer token authorization, dynamic API calls, REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong backend development experience with Java, Python, or Node, plus relational or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment pipelines, Salesforce CLI/DX, Git, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and agile development.

Nice to have

• Salesforce development experience with Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with LWC, React, Angular, Vue, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and enterprise integration patterns.
• Leadership or mentorship experience.
