is developing an innovative healthcare AI project that uses expert clinical evaluation to improve next-generation AI systems.
What you will do
- Author and review clinical evaluation tasks requiring advanced oncology and hematology expertise.
- Analyze clinical study reports, safety reports, regulatory documents, protocols, and trial materials for medical accuracy.
- Evaluate efficacy and safety conclusions, endpoints, treatment outcomes, benefit-risk assessments, and clinical relevance.
- Assess dose escalation strategies, dose-limiting toxicities, adverse event grading and attribution, and patient safety narratives.
- Identify clinically inconsistent, inaccurate, or implausible interpretations and provide structured explanations of clinical reasoning.
- Support AI model training through high-quality clinical evaluations and expert feedback.
Requirements
- Clinical expertise in oncology and hematology.
- Experience with clinical trial evaluation, CTCAE grading, RECIST, Lugano, IMWG, IWCLL, and ELN criteria.
- Knowledge of outcome endpoint analysis, including ORR, DoR, PFS, OS, and MRD.
- Experience assessing dose escalation, adverse events, and treatment safety.
- Board certification or specialist registration in medical oncology and/or hematology is preferred.
- At least 5 years of post-training clinical experience, with strong written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Direct clinical trial experience as an investigator, sub-investigator, medical monitor, safety physician, or clinical development physician.
- Experience reviewing protocols, investigator brochures, clinical study reports, safety narratives, and DSMB/IDMC materials.
- Experience in medical monitoring, medical director roles, adjudication committees, or independent review committees.
- Peer-reviewed publications or authorship of clinical trial manuscripts.
- Experience with AI-assisted clinical review tools.
