Salary: $93,900–$161,350 USD annually, depending on pay zone.

What you will do

• Define skills taxonomies, capability models, prerequisites, skill relationships, and learning context for technical roles.
• Build live instrumentation and AI-informed signals to measure capability, skill movement, emerging demand, drift, and gaps.
• Develop LLM-driven skill extraction and organization, agentic pipelines, automated detection, and APIs that maintain and expose the capability model.
• Create reusable enterprise context used by content, curriculum, learning architecture, certification, accreditation, and product teams.
• Enable in-product training and learning pathways to target, measure, and communicate skills attainment.
• Drive strategy as an individual contributor through analysis and clear writing.

Requirements

• Experience in technical training, learning, enablement, or product education for data and AI, cloud, or comparable products.
• Experience designing skills or capability models and related systems for modeling, measurement, and instrumentation.
• Ability to use Python and SQL, build applications, wire pipelines, and create tooling with AI assistance.
• Practical experience using AI tooling for extraction, assessment, agentic workflows, and evaluation.
• Track record of moving strategy forward as an individual contributor through analysis and clear writing.
• Must be based in the United States.
