Creative Director (AI)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States, or San Francisco, California, United States. Individuals are expected to work from the office at least 3 days per week. A relocation stipend may be available for relocation to a hirify.global hub.

Salary: $233,000–$274,000 USD in San Francisco and $197,000–$232,000 USD in Denver.

What you will do

• Set hirify.global’s creative vision and translate brand strategy into distinctive campaigns, ideas, and experiences.
• Own and evolve the visual language, voice, and design standards of the brand.
• Lead and develop the Brand Studio team while raising creative quality and exploring AI-assisted workflows.
• Direct brand campaigns and creative platforms from concept through execution across channels and formats.
• Build scalable brand standards, briefs, review cycles, decision rights, and AI-powered self-serve tools for teams across the company.
• Define brand health metrics and advise executives and Marketing leadership on positioning, narrative, and go-to-market alignment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in creative and brand leadership.
• Experience building or significantly scaling a brand function.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, conceptual ability, and craft across campaigns, channels, and experiences.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in shipped brand work, with clear judgment about automation and human craft.
• Experience shaping company-level brand narrative and advising executives on positioning.
• Strong people leadership, measurement skills, autonomy, and bias for action.
