Frontend Software Engineer III (React)

Location: Dearborn, Michigan, United States; hybrid work with onsite presence four days per week, Monday through Thursday

What you will do

• Develop and maintain client-side web applications focused on user experience and interactive interfaces.
• Engage with customers to understand use cases, pain points, and product requirements.
• Design, develop, and deliver frontend solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js, and related frameworks.
• Create mock-ups and prototypes, participate in UI design reviews, and support product demonstrations.
• Implement functional automated and UI testing with Playwright.
• Improve application performance, browser compatibility, SEO, accessibility, and development efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years of IT experience and 4+ years of software development experience.
• 4+ years of experience with React, Next.js, and Playwright.
• Strong JavaScript and CSS skills, with practical experience in one or two programming languages.
• At least 6 months of AI Copilot usage and a solid understanding of basic AI concepts in software development.
• Ability to work onsite in Dearborn four days per week, Monday through Thursday.

• Experience with Monorepo.
• Experience with AEM.
