Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: 100% remote teletherapy for California students; availability required during Pacific Time business and after-school hours

What you will do

• Deliver direct 1:1 virtual speech therapy to elementary students from kindergarten through 5th grade.
• Provide therapy focused on pediatric speech challenges, articulation, syntax expansion, and narrative retell strategies.
• Design engaging, age-appropriate digital speech activities.
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized speech and language goals.
• Maintain session documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with parents, guardians, and educational staff.

Requirements

• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license required. Candidates actively completing California licensure with strong pediatric credentials may also be considered.
• Availability during Pacific Time business and after-school hours, especially Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
• Clinical expertise in pediatric speech therapy for K–5 students, articulation therapy, syntax expansion, and narrative retell strategies.
• Comfort working in a virtual classroom with strong computer literacy and reliable high-speed internet.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A background check and negative TB test may be required.
