Lead Project Manager (eCOA Neurosciences)

What you will do

• Lead planning, startup, monitoring, execution, and closeout activities for neuroscience eCOA studies.
• Manage and develop project management staff through coaching, mentoring, onboarding, performance feedback, and career development.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable plans and maintain study documentation, reports, records, and deliverables.
• Manage study timelines, budgets, revenue forecasts, scope changes, invoicing reconciliation, and financial performance.
• Build sponsor relationships, lead status and governance meetings, and communicate project progress, risks, deliverables, and escalations.
• Support operational readiness, business development presentations, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and project management experience in clinical research, life sciences, healthcare technology, or a related industry.
• 5–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, eClinical technology, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of drug development and the clinical trial lifecycle.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, scope management, revenue tracking, stakeholder management, negotiation, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally up to approximately 20% as business needs require.

Nice to have

• Experience leading customer-facing projects, programs, or portfolios in an eCOA, eClinical, clinical technology, or CRO environment.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing project management professionals.
