What you will do

• Develop hirify.global-wide supply chain capabilities, governance frameworks and scalable ways of working.
• Lead the continued development of integrated Supply Chain Planning, including S&OP and S&OE, across Business Areas.
• Strengthen the integration of demand, supply, capacity, material and financial planning, including visibility of constraints and risks.
• Drive capability development, performance management, data-driven decision-making, common KPIs and cross-Business Area initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate common transport governance, policies, standards, compliance frameworks, supporting systems and continuous improvement.
• Lead the Transport organisation through its management team, ensuring safe, compliant and reliable delivery while developing people and leadership.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience within Supply Chain, Operations, Integrated Planning or a related industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP, S&OE and Supply Chain Planning.
• Strong knowledge of transport and logistics.
• Experience developing governance frameworks, operating models, processes or organisational capabilities.
• Proven people leadership experience, including organisational development and change.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation and improvement initiatives.
• Ability to create alignment in a decentralised and matrix organisation.
• Structured approach to complex challenges and competing priorities, with strong business acumen.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
• Successful completion of a security vetting process is required; additional citizenship requirements may apply for positions requiring security clearance.
