Senior Professional Services Engineer - PubSec - US Only

Location: Remote, United States only. Desirable locations include DC Metro, Georgia, Texas, Alabama, Colorado, and Utah. Occasional travel to SCIF sites is required.

Base salary: $136,080–$230,040 USD annually for United States residents. Bonuses, equity, and benefits are excluded from this range.

What you will do

• Deliver installation, migration, training, and advisory engagements for public sector customers.
• Plan and execute hirify.global deployments ranging from single-node Omnibus installations to highly available reference architectures.
• Use infrastructure as code and configuration as code practices with tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Lead migrations to hirify.global SaaS or self-managed hirify.global, including planning, cutover, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Manage multiple customer projects, coordinating with project managers, engagement managers, product teams, and engineering teams.
• Mentor Professional Services Engineers and provide field feedback to improve hirify.global features and delivery processes.

Requirements

• Professional experience with infrastructure as code or configuration as code tools, including Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, or Chef.
• Active Secret or TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Must be eligible to support United States public sector customers and their clearance-related environments.
• Ability to lead technical delivery end to end, including discovery, planning, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Ability to travel occasionally to SCIF sites as needed.
