Senior Manager, Data Analytics & Business Intelligence (Microsoft Fabric)

Salary: CAD 128,200–192,200 annually

What you will do

• Define and execute the strategy, roadmap, governance model, and operating model for Canada’s data platform and analytics capabilities.
• Lead the architecture, implementation, and operation of a Microsoft Fabric-based data foundation across development, test, and production environments.
• Establish reusable patterns for ingestion, transformation, storage, semantic modelling, security, monitoring, and support.
• Integrate data from SAP, CRM, eCommerce, master data, and other enterprise systems.
• Deliver governed data products, certified Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and analytical datasets.
• Build and develop a multidisciplinary data and analytics team while managing partners, budgets, risks, and delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Business Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Significant progressive experience in enterprise data platforms, data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, or related technology functions.
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale data initiatives in complex organizations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms, data architecture, lakehouse concepts, data engineering, semantic modelling, and data governance.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure data services, or comparable cloud data technologies.
• Experience with data security, privacy, access controls, auditability, data residency, enterprise integrations, implementation partners, budgets, and vendors.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, CRM, or eCommerce platforms.
