Business Intelligence Consultant (Salesforce)

Location: TUM office in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City; hybrid work with in-person attendance at the assigned office at least two days per week.

What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders across Mexico and LATAM to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver analytics solutions.
• Translate business questions into dashboards, reports, visualizations, and reusable analytical products.
• Acquire, transform, integrate, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes, semantic models, dashboards, and reports using SQL, Alteryx, Power BI, and Salesforce reporting capabilities.
• Lead the full solution lifecycle from discovery and design through testing, deployment, documentation, enablement, and continuous improvement.
• Apply data governance, quality assurance, documentation, and change management standards while communicating insights and risks to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering business intelligence, reporting, and analytics solutions for internal stakeholders, including CRM analytics and Salesforce reporting.
• Advanced experience with end-to-end data and reporting solutions, including data acquisition, transformation, validation, dashboard development, and optimization.
• Advanced SQL skills and strong knowledge of data modeling, data transformation, data quality, and reporting architecture.
• Advanced experience with Alteryx or comparable ETL and data preparation technologies.
• Advanced experience with Power BI or an equivalent enterprise analytics platform, plus working knowledge of Excel, Jira, and cloud data platforms such as BigQuery.
• Professional communication in English and Spanish is required, and the role requires regular in-person work at the assigned TU office at least two days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP, BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric, Salesforce Data Cloud, Tableau, or Domo.
• Experience supporting sales, marketing, service, revenue performance, or forecasting analytics.
• Experience creating governed metrics, reusable analytical datasets, and shared reporting assets.
• Experience supporting business stakeholders across Mexico and other Latin American markets.
