What you will do

• Develop and execute clinical project plans aligned with project goals and objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the implementation of project activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, project scope, and delivery strategies.
• Develop project documentation and reports that communicate findings clearly and support decision-making.
• Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement in project execution.
• Apply industry trends and emerging technologies to strengthen project management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience managing global clinical projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring teams while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in cardiovascular, endocrinology, diabetes, obesity, gastrointestinal, dermatology, or respiratory therapy areas.
