What you will do
- Lead and support multiple work streams within a large finance-focused transformation program.
- Manage timelines, scope, quality, dependencies, deliverables, and project documentation across concurrent initiatives.
- Coordinate direct and indirect resources across geographically dispersed locations and collaborate with other project managers.
- Develop business cases, assessments, communication plans, project plans, migration schedules, status reports, and implementation artifacts.
- Manage risks, issues, change control, governance, compliance, and action-item tracking.
- Support delivery of the finance target operating model across people, process, technology, and real estate.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least five years of project management experience, preferably in finance or a related domain.
- Experience delivering major change initiatives and large, complex projects or programs.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, geographically dispersed resources, risks, issues, and competing priorities.
- Strong communication, presentation, organization, planning, facilitation, and stakeholder-influence skills.
- Ability to work with hybrid teams and manage people, process, technology, and real estate components.
