Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Own the reliability, scalability, security, and cost of multi-account AWS and Kubernetes environments.
• Build GitOps delivery workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and self-service platform capabilities for R&D teams.
• Develop observability and SLO practices for distributed systems, participate in on-call rotations, and lead incident response and postmortems.
• Drive architecture decisions, large initiatives, and end-to-end migrations across platform systems.
• Use AI to accelerate infrastructure operations and design validated AI-assisted automation.
• Partner with development teams, lead design discussions, communicate risks, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering in a SaaS environment.
• Deep production experience operating Kubernetes at scale across multiple clusters and strong AWS experience, including IAM and managed Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking and security, including VPC design, routing, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, continuous delivery, Kubernetes packaging, and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Experience with observability for distributed systems, Linux administration, scripting, Python, incident response, troubleshooting, and on-call operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to scope loosely defined problems into milestones and deliver them end to end.
