Senior DevOps Engineer

What you will do

• Build and maintain resilient, highly available production infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Manage production-grade Amazon EKS clusters, including architecture, networking, troubleshooting, and autoscaling with Karpenter.
• Design and maintain modular Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or Crossplane and lead GitOps initiatives with Argo CD.
• Maintain Linux systems, investigate bottlenecks, and optimize configurations.
• Own the Grafana-based observability stack, including Grafana, Tempo, Mimir, Loki, and related monitoring capabilities.
• Develop Python tools and AI agents and integrate image scanning and Software Composition Analysis into the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with a cloud provider, preferably AWS.
• Strong Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes and Amazon EKS, including architecture, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Solid Linux system administration skills.
• Proficiency in Python or a similar language for production-grade code and tools.
• Curiosity and motivation to use AI tools, code assistants, and LLMs as part of engineering work.

Nice to have

• Experience with Crossplane for cloud-native infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, policy enforcement, security orchestration, and shift-left security.
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
• Experience with Argo CD and GitOps-based deployment workflows.
