Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Build, scale, and optimize resilient, highly available production infrastructure.
• Manage production-grade Amazon EKS clusters and implement autoscaling with tools such as Karpenter.
• Maintain Linux systems, investigate bottlenecks, and optimize system configurations.
• Own the Grafana-based observability suite, including Grafana, Tempo, Mimir, and Loki.
• Lead GitOps initiatives with Argo CD and develop modular Terraform or Crossplane infrastructure codebases.
• Develop Python tools and AI agents and integrate image scanning and software composition analysis into the SDLC.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with a cloud provider, preferably AWS.
• Strong Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes and Amazon EKS architecture, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Solid Linux system administration skills.
• Proficiency in Python or a similar language for production-grade code and tools.
• Curiosity about AI tools, code assistants, and LLMs and an interest in developing an AI-first engineering workflow.

Nice to have

• Experience with Crossplane.
• DevSecOps and security orchestration experience, including policy enforcement, scanning, and shift-left security.
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
• Experience with Argo CD and GitOps-based deployment workflows.
