TL;DR
BI Developer (Dynamics 365 CE/Power BI): Building and improving reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytical outputs from Dynamics 365 CE data with an accent on data quality, stakeholder requirements, and clear business reporting. Focus on translating business needs into practical BI solutions, analyzing trends and opportunities, and maintaining reliable reporting across the organisation.
Location: Fully remote across the UK, with occasional travel.
Salary: £50,000–£55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

What you will do
- Build and improve reporting solutions using Power BI and data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
- Work with business areas to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
- Create dashboards and reports that make complex information easier to understand.
- Analyse business data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
- Support the development of wider reporting and business intelligence capabilities.
- Maintain high standards of data quality and reporting reliability.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in BI, reporting, analytics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI and SQL.
- Experience gathering requirements and working with business stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical reporting solutions.
- Confident communication skills, including explaining data to technical and non-technical users.
