Location: Utrecht, Netherlands — hybrid. The role requires regular international travel to tournaments, bootcamps, and team events, plus flexibility for match schedules and occasional weekend work.

What you will do
- Develop and produce educational, entertaining, social-first content for Liquid FC and EA SPORTS FC audiences.
- Capture match-day moments, behind-the-scenes footage, player stories, hype clips, event photography, and platform-optimized vertical and horizontal video.
- Manage content calendars and publishing across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Collaborate with players, coaches, team staff, social, design, and production teams to create authentic stories and deliver content on schedule.
- Coordinate freelance editors, designers, photographers, videographers, and social contributors, including briefs, deadlines, approvals, and quality reviews.
- Track social performance, run creative tests, prepare reports, manage the assigned production budget, and integrate sponsor deliverables.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, content production, digital media, esports, gaming, sports, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of EA SPORTS FC, its community, culture, and competitive ecosystem.
- Experience creating social content and understanding filming, editing, production workflows, platform formats, trends, and best practices.
- Strong organizational, project management, creative, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work with players, coaches, talent, and stakeholders and provide clear direction and actionable feedback to contributors.
- Valid passport or ability to obtain and maintain one for international travel; willingness to travel internationally and work occasional weekends.
Nice to have
- Professional experience in the EA SPORTS FC competitive scene, esports, gaming, or live sporting and esports events.
- Experience with professional players, creators, influencers, or on-camera talent.
- Photography experience and familiarity with professional camera and audio equipment.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar creative tools.
- Experience managing branded social channels, content calendars, sponsored content, or external creative contributors.
