Power Platform Developer

Location: Remote, available from Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, or Uruguay

hirify.global is coordinating a contract engagement for Johnson & Johnson, a global healthcare company working across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer health.

What you will do

• Build and maintain Power Apps, primarily form-based internal applications for collecting and managing data.
• Create Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, and task routing.
• Work extensively with SharePoint Lists, data capture, and automation triggers.
• Connect data sources and ensure reliable data movement between SharePoint and other systems.
• Deliver multiple small projects in parallel, iterating quickly based on feedback.
• Clarify requirements and validate solutions with business and technical product owners.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Apps, including Canvas apps and/or model-driven apps.
• Strong experience with Power Automate workflows, triggers, actions, and reliability practices.
• Solid SharePoint experience, especially SharePoint Lists and common integration patterns.
• Ability to deliver multiple small automations with clear communication and fast turnaround.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions for non-IT stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dataverse and standard or custom connectors.
• Exposure to Power Platform governance and ALM, including environments, solution packaging, and deployment practices.
