Senior Physical Security Operations Manager

Location: Menlo Park, California, with in-person attendance required at least 5 days per week

Base pay: $166,000–$195,000 per year for Zone 1 locations; other compensation zones range from $129,000 to $172,000 per year depending on location.

What you will do

• Manage domestic and international contracted physical security officers and emergency response personnel.
• Develop and implement security policies, operating procedures, communication plans, and formal training programs.
• Build event security programs for international marketing events, product launches, and employee events.
• Conduct facility risk assessments and recommend risk-management actions.
• Support crisis management, incident response, emergency action plans, and cross-functional security projects.
• Manage budgets and provide security solutions and recommendations for executives.

Requirements

• Corporate security operations leadership experience, including global team leadership and development.
• 7+ years of vendor management experience.
• Experience with global protective strategies, corporate security systems, operations, and security program automation.
• Ability to travel between offices regionally and globally and manage multiple projects independently.
• Experience scaling operations in a high-growth environment and managing, coaching, and retaining talent.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and emotional intelligence.
