Wire Harness Technician (Aerospace)

Location: Centennial, Colorado, United States; onsite at the Centennial facility

Salary: $30.00–$38.00 per hour

What you will do

• Manufacture, install, rework, and test complex wire harnesses, sensors, and prewired assemblies for aviation applications.
• Read blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings, and technical plans to create subassemblies and finished products.
• Measure, cut, strip, bundle, and secure wires using cable ties, conduit, sleeves, clamps, straps, and cable lacing.
• Install pins, connectors, and terminals using crimping tools, soldering irons, torque wrenches, and heat guns.
• Perform continuity tests, verify functionality, and inspect finished harnesses against industry quality standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and repair non-conforming hardware in development and production environments.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Five years of wire harness experience in an aviation or aerospace environment.
• U.S. citizenship is required because the role requires eligibility for a U.S. government security clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
