Senior Delivery Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own day-to-day delivery for technically complex, design-led client engagements.
• Align engineering, design, product, QA, and DevOps teams on priorities, dependencies, risks, timelines, and commitments.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through proactive and transparent communication.
• Coordinate distributed and nearshore teams, clarify ownership, and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Operate within an Agile environment, supporting delivery health, tradeoffs, and successful outcomes.
• Use Linear and AI tools, including Claude, to improve delivery visibility, work quality, and team workflows.

Requirements

• Consultative problem-solving approach and strong client focus.
• Experience overseeing projects and executing deliverables in a software development lifecycle.
• Understanding of Agile delivery and collaboration with Scrum teams.
• Ability to lead, mentor, motivate, coach, and communicate effectively with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools or strong willingness to experiment with and champion AI adoption.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with flexibility in a high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Claude Certified Developer or Architect certification.
• Experience in AI or a track record of rapidly learning and mentoring others on emerging technology.
