Manager, Security Operations (SOC)

What you will do

• Supervise SOC analysts during daily security monitoring and incident response.
• Ensure accurate documentation, escalation, and consistent execution of security procedures.
• Guide and support junior analysts, including onboarding and training.
• Collaborate with other teams on security investigations and remediation.
• Monitor SOC performance, contribute to reporting, and support automation and process improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT operations.
• Experience working in SOC environments and handling incident response.
• Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, and cloud security tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a security operations team.

Nice to have

• Basic scripting or automation experience.
• SEC+, GCIA, or GCIH certification.
