Registered Nurse-Emergency Services Full Time Nights Sign On Bonus Eligible (Emergency Services)

Location: 1475 E. Belvidere Rd, Grayslake, Illinois, United States; full-time night shift

Salary: USD 34.50–55.20 per hour; sign-on bonus: USD 3,000

What you will do

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop, document, and update individualized patient care plans.
• Coordinate care with patients, families, physicians, patient care technicians, and other hospital services.
• Provide patient education, discharge instructions, medication reconciliation, and appropriate referrals.
• Administer medications safely, monitor patient conditions, and respond to changes in clinical status.
• Support quality, safety, evidence-based practice, infection prevention, and unit improvement initiatives.
• Lead or support patient care technicians, precept staff, and coordinate unit care when assigned.

Requirements

• Current Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; an Associate Degree in Nursing is acceptable with a commitment to obtain a BSN within three years of starting the clinical nurse role.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Ability to follow the Illinois Nurse Practice Act, organizational policies, and applicable healthcare regulations.
